I guide you through every pose, so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands. And I try to make it fun.

Most people feel a little shy at the start, and that's completely normal. As we talk and get to know each other, you relax, and that's when the real you starts to show up. A pose might feel a bit awkward at first, but as you settle in, you add more of yourself to it. Those are the photos that show your strengths, the ones people recognize as you.

Where we shoot

I enjoy working in the studio, but outdoors is where people relax the fastest. Walking through a park or exploring a new spot together turns the session into a conversation instead of a performance.

The Lansing area has so many beautiful settings, from quiet parks and classic buildings to urban streets. We'll choose the one that fits your personality and what you have in mind.

Off camera

When I'm not behind the camera, I'm usually chasing something new to learn: a photography technique, a new language, or a dish I've never tried. I speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Italian, and I host a weekly Italian conversation group with friends from Japan, Australia, Brazil, Wales, Spain, the US, and beyond.

Music is the other half of my creative life. I love discovering good music, and I have a lot of fun on percussion.
